We achieve precision tolerances of ±0.01mm (10 microns) with our VMC and HMC machines. For critical aerospace and medical components, we can achieve ±0.005mm with CMM inspection and first article inspection (FAI) reports. All parts are machined to GD&T specifications.

We mill all metals: aluminum 6061/7075, stainless steel SS304/SS316/SS316L, brass, copper, bronze, titanium, tool steel, mild steel. Also engineering plastics: ABS, nylon, Delrin/acetal, PEEK, polycarbonate, PTFE. Surface finishes from Ra 3.2 to Ra 0.8 with post-processing like anodizing, powder coating, heat treatment available.

3-axis mills (VMC) move in X, Y, Z directions - ideal for flat parts, pockets, holes. 4-axis adds rotation (A-axis) - good for cylindrical features, complex angles. 5-axis adds two rotational axes - creates complex 3D geometries, undercuts, compound angles in one setup. We have all three capabilities for simple to highly complex parts.

Rapid prototypes: 24-48 hours for simple 3-axis parts. Complex 4-axis/5-axis prototypes: 2-4 days. Small production batches (10-100 pcs): 5-7 days. Large batches (500+ pcs): 2-3 weeks depending on complexity. Express service available for urgent requirements in Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Telangana.
