Compared to 9M poles (89mm top/140mm bottom) and 12M poles (102mm top/165mm bottom), the 5M variant is designed for compact applications like residential streets, pathways, parks, and local roads where lower mounting heights are preferred. The 5M pole weighs approximately 28-32 kg and can accommodate luminaires up to 40W LED. It's ideal for pedestrian areas, colony roads, parking lots, and campus pathways. The shorter height provides easier installation and maintenance while meeting CPWD/Municipal lighting standards for residential zones. Standard foundation depth is 0.8-1.0 meters with M16 anchor bolts. Available in galvanized finish or custom powder coating colors.

Standard single pole pricing is ₹5,889 per unit for quantities 5-19 poles, which includes hot-dip galvanization, standard 76mm top diameter, 3mm thickness, and base plate with anchor bolt holes. For bulk orders of 20-49 poles, the rate reduces to ₹5,500 per pole (7% discount) with free delivery within Hyderabad city limits. Orders of 50-99 poles receive ₹5,200 per pole pricing (12% discount) with priority manufacturing and dedicated project support. For large municipal/infrastructure projects requiring 100+ poles, contact us for project-based quotations starting from ₹4,800 per pole. Custom specifications like increased wall thickness (4mm/5mm), powder coating in RAL colors, custom height variations (4.5M/5.5M), or integrated brackets incur additional charges calculated on project basis. For orders up to 25 poles, manufacturing and delivery typically takes 7-10 working days from order confirmation. Bulk orders of 50+ poles require 15-20 days for production. Foundation requirements: Minimum depth 0.8 meters (1/10th of pole height formula gives 0.5m + 0.3m safety factor), foundation pit size 400mm x 400mm, concrete grade M20 or higher, embedment of M16 anchor bolts (4 nos) at precise spacing matching base plate bolt circle. Foundation should cure for minimum 7 days before pole installation. The 5M pole installation is straightforward - position pole on foundation, align bolt holes, secure with nuts and washers, and check verticality with spirit level. Two persons can easily erect the pole. Post-installation, luminaire mounting takes 30-45 minutes. Wiring through pole requires cable entry at bottom with proper gland/seal. Complete installation including foundation, pole erection, and luminaire mounting typically takes 2-3 hours per pole. For aesthetic requirements or project specifications, we offer powder coating in any RAL color - popular choices include RAL 7016 (Anthracite Grey), RAL 9005 (Jet Black), RAL 6005 (Moss Green), RAL 9010 (Pure White), and custom colors matching project themes. Powder coating adds ₹800-1200 per pole depending on color complexity. Bracket customizations include: Single-arm bracket for side-entry luminaires (₹450-650), Twin-arm bracket for double luminaires (₹900-1200), Decorative brackets with ornamental designs (₹1500-2500), Camera mounting brackets (₹350-500), Banner/signage mounting provisions (₹400-600).
