What is 4-axis CNC machining?

What is EDM machining?

EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) removes material using electrical discharges between an electrode and workpiece. INSPRAY SYSTEMS operates wire-cut EDM (2D profiles in hardened steel, slots down to 0.3 mm), sinker EDM (die cavities and complex pockets), small-hole EDM drilling (down to 0.1 mm hole diameter). Used for tool and die, mould cavities, aerospace tooling, fine-feature parts CNC can't reach.

What is sheet-metal laser cutting?

Sheet-metal laser cutting uses a focused high-power laser to cut precise 2D profiles from flat sheet metal. INSPRAY SYSTEMS operates a 3 kW fibre laser rated for MS up to 20 mm, SS up to 10 mm, Al up to 6 mm, brass up to 4 mm, copper up to 3 mm. What is press-brake bending?

Press-brake bending is a sheet-metal forming operation where a punch presses the sheet into a V-die. What is TIG welding?

TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas / GTAW) welding uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode and separate filler rod under argon shielding, producing precise clean welds. What is PTFE / Teflon machining?

UV printing uses UV-curable inks printed directly - works on any flat substrate including untreated ceramic, metal, wood, glass. What is laser engraving on an insulated bottle?

Laser engraving uses a focused CO2 or fibre laser to vaporise the painted or anodised exterior of an insulated bottle, exposing the raw metal underneath in the shape of your logo. The result is permanent, high-contrast marking that cannot peel, scratch, or fade. Preferred for premium corporate gifting.
